Primera Labs Order Information  

 

Important Information About Your Order:

 

PayPal Payment:

Thank you for your payment. Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. Log into your PayPal account to view transaction details.

Credit Card Payment:

Thank you for your order. Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. Please check all email folders. Receipt and credit card charges will appear under the merchant name Page Advanced Skin Care.

 

International Order Payment Policy:

We require that you select PayPal as your payment option at checkout. 

International Shipping Policy:

Canada exempt from this policy.

All other countries: We require that you have an USA ship to address with a shipping forwarding service. We do not ship orders direct to an international address.

 

Ordering: 

All orders that are placed on our website have been placed/received only. Orders are pending until transaction has been approved on our end. 

Sales Tax Policy: 

Credit Card Orders:

If you selected to pay by credit card, your credit card has not been charged yet.  Once we begin processing your order, we will manually process your credit card order and not charge sales tax, provided you have a sales tax certificate on file with us prior to placing the order. When we process your credit card, you will receive an email confirmation.  Sale tax certificate must be on file prior to placing order to be tax exempt.

PayPal Orders:

If you selected to pay by PayPal, once we begin processing your order, we refund the sales to your PayPal account. Sale tax certificate must be on file prior to placing order to be tax exempt.

If you do not have a sales tax certificate on file with us, we are required by local state law to charge sales tax.

 
  • About Shipping: Since we are the actual product manufacturer/formulator, and not a distributor, re-packaging business, or retail store, we do not ship orders the same day the order has been placed.  All orders ship Monday thru Friday,( excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays).  All orders are shipped to the buyer's confirmed name and billing address. ( ie. The buyer's credit card billing address must match his or her shipping address). Orders are shipped from Orlando, Florida.

 

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: We recommend that you double check that your ship-to address information is correct prior to completing your order on our website.  If you enter incorrect ship-to information and/or incomplete ship-to information when placing your order, UPS will charge us an address correction fee. You will be responsible for re-imbursing us the UPS fee. Your account will be temporarily put on hold until the UPS fee has been paid in full.

        Due to increased parcel theft signature upon delivery service may be added at our discretion. 

 

  • Shipping Confirmation Emails:  UPS website and our website will email you shipping information/tracking to the email address that was provided with the order once your order has been packed and ready to ship.  Please check all email folders. We recommend that one use a laptop or desk top computer to track all packages.

 

  • Shipping During Hot Season: During the hot, summer season from approximately May thru September, we ship in the early part of the week so as to avoid the order sitting over the weekend in a shipping center or shipping truck.

 

  • Credit Card Charges for your order will appear on your credit card statement under the name Page Advanced Skin Care.

 

  • Back Ordered Product: Occasionally ingredients are held up in the order process and orders are halted until all ingredients relevant to manufacturing are in house. Back orders are given the utmost attention and priority. In the event of a back order situation you will be given the option of shipping your partial order out when it is ready or to hold your order until it is ready to ship in its entirety. You will be responsible for the shipping charges of each shipment should you choose to split the delivery with a partial shipment.

 

  • Return Policy: We do not except returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  All special orders or special order sizes sales are final.   We have many products for you to consider and that is why we recommend that you purchase samples. 

 

  • Order Delivery:
  • UPS refused package(s) that are shipped back to us, and received by us within 30 days from the date of purchase will receive store credit only( minus shipping costs).  If we receive the UPS refused package(s) more than 30 days from the date of purchase, no store credit or refund. 
  • UPS package(s) not picked up at a UPS Access Point or are refused that are shipped back to us and received by us within 30 days from the date of purchase will receive store credit only( minus shipping costs). If we receive the UPS package(s) back from the UPS Access Point or are refused more than 30 days from the date of purchase, no store credit or refund.
  • UPS undeliverable fee or UPS returned package(s) fee will be applied and required to be paid in full by the customer. 
  • The customer will be required to pay new shipping/handling charges to re-ship the original order back to them.

 

  • Damaged Shipment:  We pack every shipment with extra care.  However, in the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please report damage on shipped items within 24 hours of package arrival | delivery date. Submit photographs of all of the packaging as it was when it arrived and the specific damage to the contents with an explanation of what was lost or broken.    
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect purchase(s) for damages within 24 hours. Contact us at admin@primeralabs.com. You must retain any damaged itempackaging, and all contents. The carrier should inspect the shipment and damage to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.

 

  • Special Order | Special Order Sizes: There are no refunds, returns or exchanges. Once the special order has been paid for, there are no changes allowed to the order.  All special orders and special order sizes, all sales are final.
