ORDER PROCESSING: Primera Labs™ formulates it's products with great care and pride in order to provide you with the freshest product possible and to extend the shelf life. Therefore, please allow 8-11 business days to prepare your order for shipment,(excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). From time to time, especially during busy holiday periods, your order may exceed this time frame.
*Primera Labs™ reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notification that is deemed suspicious or fraudulent.

Damaged Product:
If you happen to receive a product that is defective or is leaking please contact us by email at CustomerSupport@ primeralabs.com and we will provide a return shipping label for the damaged product’s return. We will send you a replacement for the damaged product once we received and reviewed the returned damaged/leaking product.
PRIVACY: Primera Labs™ respects the privacy of visitors to our web site. We do not sell, rent or trade a customer's personal information to any third parties, unless in connection with legal requirements.
SHIPPING: We ship by UPS Ground. We do not offer first class shipping options. When your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
