Phytic Treatment Pads uses 3% phytic acid( think Obagi products), a mild alpha hydroxy acid, to increase cell turnover of the skin. As it increases natural cell turnover through exfoliation, your complexion will begin to brighten and show a more even tone. This formula is able to improve the complexion without a brightening ingredient by removing the superficial layers of skin to allow healthier layers to show through.
Phytic Acid : Larger molecule means slower penetration with reduced irritation. The advantage of phytic acid over currently used AHA's is its ability to act at a low pH without causing stinging or burning like glycolic acid.
Phytic Acid has shown effectiveness to that of AHA's in cell turnover.

Directions: Step 1.)Thoroughly cleanse skin. Step 2.)Wipe pad over facial skin, including neck and decollete/chest region. Step 3.) Allow to dry. Slight tingling may occur. Do not rinse off. Dispose of pad after single use. Avoid contact with eyes and lips. Use in the evening,every day or every other day.
First time users should always introduce this product slowly until the skin becomes tolerant to the active ingredients. If any irritation occurs use less often and build up tolerance slowly: use every 3rd day for 2 weeks then every 2nd day for 2 weeks and so on.
Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
