Vitamin A Retinol Peel | High Potency Retinol 15%
Retinol is a non-prescription retinoid that has been shown to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, smooth skin texture, acne and improve overall skin tone.
- In clinic/professional use: Vitamin A Peel is recommended to be applied after any peel( peel pads and peel solutions). For example, if a client has a peel every week or every 2 weeks or once a month, then that is when the Vitamin A peel is applied.
- Microdermabrasion/ Dermablading / Microneedling/ Skin scrubber: can be applied post treatment
- Vitamin A Retinol Peel is not intended to be used alone.
Key Ingredients: Vitamin A, Ascorbyl Glucoside, L-Lactic Acid
Product Protocols:
Can be applied post-peel pad application or chemical peel application.
Peel Pad with Vitamin A Peel:
- Apply the pre-moistened peel pad to clean, dry skin, using circular motions. Continue application until pad feels dry. Wait three to five minutes. Depending on peel pad pH, neutralize and rinse.
- Apply enough of the Vitamin A Peel to cover the skin completely. The thicker the product is applied the more exfoliation will occur. Moisten fingertips with water to massage the product into the skin for 1 minute.The peel can also be applied to the neck and décolleté.
- Do not neutralize or rinse skin. Do not apply any other products to the skin. Leave Vitamin A Peel on overnight.
Chemical Peel with Vitamin A Peel:
- Apply chemical peel prep solution. Apply chemical peel. Follow peel exposure protocols. Depending on the chemical peel, neutralize and rinse the skin.
- Apply enough of the Vitamin A Peel to cover the skin completely. The thicker the product is applied the more exfoliation will occur. Moisten fingertips with water to massage the product into the skin for 1 minute. The peel can also be applied to the neck and décolleté.
- Do not neutralize or rinse skin. Do not apply any other products to the skin. Leave Vitamin A Peel on overnight.
Care and Caution:
- This Vitamin A Peel cannot be applied to a woman who is pregnant or breast feeding.
- Avoid over exposure to the sun; wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily.
- Discontinue use a week before waxing the skin for hair removal.
- Avoid contact with the eyes. If product gets in the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Consult your physician if you are using a prescription strength acne medication or peeling treatment.
- Suspend use if skin becomes irritated. If irritation persists, consult your physician.
- For external use only; do not ingest.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Always exercise reasonable care & caution when using this product.
